According to the environmental impact report of the project, the overall relocation and technical transformation project of Fenyi Conch 4500 t/d cement clinker production line from the city to the park is located in the digital building materials industrial park of Fenyi Industrial Park, Xinyu City. It is a relocation project to build a 4500 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line and a 7.5MW waste heat power generation system. Supporting construction of cement grinding production line and material storage and transportation projects.

Recently, the environmental impact assessment of the relocation project of a 4500 t/d cement clinker production line of Conch and China Building Materials has been approved, and the project construction sites are Fenyi, Jiangxi and Hanzhong, Shaanxi respectively. Specifically,

on September 18, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangxi Province issued the "Reply to the Environmental Impact Report on the Overall Relocation and Technical Transformation Project of Fenyi Conch's Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons".

According to the environmental impact report of the project, the overall relocation and technical transformation project of Fenyi Conch 4500t/d cement clinker production line is located in the Digital Building Material Industrial Park of Fenyi Industrial Park, Xinyu City, which is a relocation project. A 4500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line, a 7.5MW waste heat power generation system, supporting cement grinding production line and material storage and transportation projects will be constructed. The Department of Ecology and Environment

of Jiangxi Province agrees in principle with the overall conclusion of the environmental impact report.

The data show that Fenyi Conch 4500t/d cement clinker production line is planned to relocate two existing cement clinker production lines (2000t/d, 2500t/d) and cement grinding stations. After the relocation, a 4500 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line and a 1.95 million t/a cement grinding station will be built. After the relocation, the daily clinker production capacity will remain unchanged, and the waste heat power generation will be reduced from 9.0 MW to 7.5 MW.

The project is planned to be ignited in June 2025.

On September 12, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Shaanxi Province issued the "Reply to the Environmental Impact Report on the Relocation and Reconstruction Project of 4500t/d Clinker Cement Production Line in Hanzhong Circular Economy Industrial Park of China Building Materials".

The project is located in Xinji Town, Nanzheng District, Hanzhong City. A 4500t/d clinker cement production line with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and a 400t/d municipal sludge co-disposal system will be

built, and the existing 2000t/d production line and 2500t/d production line in Hantai District will be dismantled. The 137998 of the

project is 0.27 million RMB, among which 66.75 million is for environmental protection, accounting for 4.8% of the total investment.

After examination, the adverse impact of the project on the ecological environment can be alleviated and controlled after the full implementation of the environmental impact report of the project and the ecological environment protection measures proposed in this reply. The Department of Ecology and Environment of Shaanxi Province agrees in principle with the overall assessment conclusion of the environmental impact report and various environmental protection countermeasures.

According to Shaanxi Office of Industry and Information Technology, the project capacity replacement plan is as follows:

Recently, due to the persistent cost pressure in the south, the price of concrete has risen slightly with the raw materials, but the growth of market demand is limited, and the overall quotation is still stable. From October 31 to November 6, the national concrete price index closed at 112.47 points, up 0.31% annually and down 10.11% year-on-year.
