On September 13, the Fujian Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on Organizing the Hearing on the Replacement Scheme of Fujian Yongding Xingxin Cement Co., Ltd. In order to implement the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, original [2021] 80), Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology entrusted China Cement Association. It is proposed to organize a hearing on the replacement plan of Fujian Yongding Xingxin Cement Co., Ltd. to supplement the daily production capacity of 1000 tons of cement clinker. It can be seen
from Fujian Yongding Xingxin Cement Co., Ltd. that the construction project is Fujian Yongding Xingxin Cement Co., Ltd. 6000 t/d cement clinker construction project (with 9 MW waste heat power generation), which is located in Lianzhong Village, Longtan Town, Yongding District, Longyan City, Fujian Province. The main equipment of the
construction project is a 5.2 × 60m rotary kiln (6000t/d). The original capacity replacement plan confirms the specification of the rotary kiln and the construction capacity of a 5.2 × 60m rotary kiln (5000t/d). The index capacity of this supplementary replacement is 2000t/d, the planned ignition and commissioning time is November 15, 2024, and the replacement ratio is 2:1 (1000t/d after replacement).
The transferred capacity is one 4.0 × 60m rotary kiln (2500t/d) of Jining Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd., and the replacement capacity for this project is 2000t/d (the other 500t/d is used for the replacement capacity of other projects). The shutdown time of the withdrawal project and the removal withdrawal time (before the new line is ignited and put into operation) are both November 15, 2024.
