After on-site inspection and acceptance by experts, the main equipment of the production line of 2500 tons of cement clinker per day used by Ningxia Shangfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd. for capacity replacement to the enterprise and transfer to Huaining Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. has been dismantled and does not have the capacity to resume clinker production, which is hereby announced.
