What is the significance of ultra-low emission to cement enterprises? How to choose the appropriate ultra-low emission technology route?

Ultra-low emission is a systematic project, which requires a large amount of investment. At a time when the industry is not very prosperous, cement enterprises are under great pressure to carry out ultra-low emission transformation. What is the significance of ultra-low emission to cement enterprises? How to choose the appropriate ultra-low emission technology route? China Cement Network interviewed Ba Taibin, a professor-level senior engineer of Zhengzhou Tonghui Building Material Design and Research Institute, a senior consultant of China Cement Network, on these issues.

Bataibin pointed out that ultra-low emissions are of positive significance to improving the environment and achieving sustainable development. For enterprises, technological transformation can not only achieve ultra-low emissions, but also promote technological upgrading, enhance competitiveness and enhance the overall image of enterprises.

At the same time, in view of the problems of insufficient funds and increased costs, Bataibin suggested that enterprises should focus on one-time investment and operating costs when choosing technical routes.

It is understood that since this year, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport, has jointly issued the Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra-low Emissions in the Cement Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions). This marks the full implementation of ultra-low emission transformation in China's cement industry, and will also play an important role in the deep governance of the global cement industry and the development of green, low-carbon and high-quality. The good policies

formulated should be implemented in detail. Ba Taibin said that with the support of special government funds and the superposition of mature technical equipment, the implementation of the Opinion is not very difficult. The current challenge lies in the poor situation of cement market and the difficulty of supporting funds for enterprises. In terms of specific emission indicators, most enterprises have little pressure on particulate matter and sulfur dioxide, and most enterprises can not achieve the emission of nitrogen oxides < 50mg/Nm ³ at present, so they need to increase investment in technological transformation.

As an expert in denitrification technology, Bataibin said that the nitrogen oxides in cement kilns come from the production process, which can be eliminated or reduced by adjusting the production process, which is the goal pursued by cement workers.

Bataibin introduced that at present, there are many kinds of denitrification technologies, including pipeline denitrification, SNCR and CSR, which have their own advantages and disadvantages.

According to the research results of Bataibin, the pipe denitration can remove 100% of the nitrogen oxides from the flue gas in the kiln through the pipe furnace. A small part of the flue gas in the kiln leaks into the five-stage preheater. The nitrogen oxides in the kiln and the nitrogen oxides produced by the decomposition furnace are treated by the existing SNCR system. It is easy to realize that the emission of nitrogen oxides is less than 50mg/Nm ³, and there is no new operating cost. The technical route of "pipe furnace + SNCR" has been applied in many enterprises, and good results have been achieved. How do

cement enterprises choose ultra-low emission technology route? What equipment and facilities need to be updated? On June 13-14, China Cement Network held the " 11th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference-Equipment Renewal Forum " in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, at which Bataibin will bring more exciting content. Stay tuned!

Recently, the overall domestic demand has declined steadily, coupled with the weakening of local cost support, and the price of concrete has been stable and small. From November 14 to November 20, the national concrete price index closed at 112.35 points, down 0.13% annually and 10.08% year-on-year.
