The annual output of cement clinker of the company reaches 700,000 tons, and the coal consumption value reaches 95 kgce/t. Since May this year, the company has implemented the energy-saving and carbon-reducing technology project of biomass fuel replacing fossil fuel, which can not only save costs, but also gradually reduce the dependence on raw coal and reduce carbon emissions. of Aksu Tianshan Duolang Cement Co., Ltd., said, "This year, our company has increased capital investment, carried out technological upgrading and transformation, and is actively promoting the implementation of energy saving and carbon reduction technology projects of biomass fuels instead of fossil fuels." After the construction and implementation of the project, it is estimated that about 205000 tons of coal will be saved annually and 439000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced, which has obvious benefits of energy saving and emission reduction. cement production, clinker needs to be calcined at a high temperature of 1300-1450 ℃, which will consume a lot of fossil energy. The carbon dioxide produced by fossil fuel combustion accounts for about 30% -35% of the total carbon emissions of cement enterprises. Biomass fuel, as a renewable clean energy, can save the use of primary energy, reduce carbon emissions and achieve the goal of "double carbon" under the condition that the energy consumption of clinker production is basically unchanged.
"Biomass alternative fuel is composed of branches, bark and waste building templates, which are crushed, transported to flammable furnaces by belts and burned in decomposition furnaces, replacing traditional coal, which is very environmentally friendly.".
