In order to promote the early completion and early production of the project, the Wuxue Municipal Government has set up a special project service class to provide "nanny" service for the project construction. The pre-construction of the
project has also refreshed the "Huaxin Speed". The project started in January 2022 and was officially put into operation in June 2023, with only 18 months of "full calculation".
In terms of production technology, Huaxin Cement's annual output of 30 million tons of machine-made sand project replaces the traditional "wet production" with "dry production". It not only solves the disadvantage of producing a large amount of solid waste in wet production, but also can freely adjust the proportion of stones, melon rice and fine sand in the product to better meet the market demand.
