Recently, the 3.65 MW BIPV power generation project of Xuancheng Conch Building Photovoltaic Phase II Industrial Park has been successfully connected to the grid, which will be the first real zero-carbon or near-zero-energy consumption project in Anhui Province, with an annual power generation capacity of 4.5279 million degrees, equivalent to an annual emission reduction of 3749.1 tons of carbon dioxide and a saving of 1365.16 tons of standard coal. On the morning

of January 23, the Second Session of the 14th National People's Congress of Anhui Province opened, pointing out that in 2023, the province achieved a GDP of 4.71 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.8%; Among them, the photovoltaic manufacturing industry has achieved revenue of more than 290 billion yuan, rising to the third place in the country. At the same time, it is proposed that in 2024, we should speed up the construction of a modern industrial system, develop and strengthen new productivity, strengthen the construction of high-quality ecological environment, and comprehensively promote the concept of green low-carbon development.

project started on October 31, 2023, all the cadres and staff of the company have closely focused on the project node objectives, and in the absence of domestic experience in BIPV integrated engineering design, construction and installation, they have faced difficulties, overcome difficulties, taken the initiative and promoted the project safety construction in an orderly manner. The BIPV photovoltaic power generation project was successfully connected to the grid on January 22, 2024.

The project aims to implement the national "double carbon" strategy, build energy-saving and low-carbon parks up to the international advanced level, build green factories and green industrial parks, and organically integrate the products produced by the company, such as photovoltaic curtain walls, photovoltaic plane tiles, with comprehensive buildings, talent apartments, factory buildings, fences and other buildings. Photovoltaic curtain walls are installed on the facades of the complex building, the talent apartment and the south facade of the plant. Flat photovoltaic tiles are installed on the roof of the complex building and the car shed. Metal photovoltaic roofs are installed on the roof of the plant. Transparent photovoltaic curtain walls are installed on the enclosure.

I. Xuancheng Photovoltaic Phase II Industrial Park Project

Introduction: The project aims to build an energy-saving and low-carbon park that reaches the international advanced level, build green factories and green industrial parks, and promote the circular development of industrial parks. At the same time, we will use our products in an all-round way to build a demonstration park and become the benchmark of BIPV industry. 311 pieces of 240 W silver gray photovoltaic curtain wall components are installed on the east and southwest facades of the complex building, 204 pieces of 100 W black flat photovoltaic tiles and 32 pieces of 360 W transparent photovoltaic curtain wall components are installed on the roof to create a photovoltaic sky garden; 293 pieces of 240 W silver gray photovoltaic curtain wall components are installed on the east and southwest facades of the talent apartment; 348 240 W silver grey photovoltaic curtain wall modules are installed on the south facade of 1 # plant, and 5460 455 W heterojunction modules are installed on the roof; 125 240 W silver grey photovoltaic curtain wall modules are installed on the south facade of finished product warehouse, and 800 455 W heterojunction modules are installed on the roof; 588 100 W black flat photovoltaic tile modules are installed on the car shed roof; 70 pieces of 360 W transparent photovoltaic curtain wall modules are installed on the photovoltaic enclosure; 976 pieces of 455 W heterojunction modules are installed on the roof of the raw material warehouse. A total of 1179 photovoltaic curtain walls, 792 flat tiles and 7236 heterojunction modules have been installed. The installed capacity is 3.65 MW and the annual power generation is 4.422 million kwh, which is equivalent to the annual emission reduction of 3661.4 tons of carbon dioxide.

II. Introduction to the Complex Building and Dormitory Building Project

of Shangfeng Friendship Bridge Co., Ltd., a Sino-Ukrainian Joint Venture: The overall collocation of the project adopts both economic and aesthetic design, the roof adopts high-efficiency black flat photovoltaic tiles, and the facade continues the consistent amber wall style of Conch, highlighting the characteristics while maximizing power generation. A total of 378 235 W amber 1790 * 1080 mm PV curtain wall modules and 6248 100 W black 1528 * 432 mm flat PV tile modules are installed, with a total installed capacity of 0.713 MW. The annual power generation is 1.0619 million degrees, which is equivalent to an annual emission reduction of 879.25 tons of carbon dioxide.

3. Introduction to Zaozhuang People's Electric Shuangchuang Park Project

: The overall design concept of the project is to save energy and reduce carbon. Photovoltaic curtain wall components are installed on the east, west and south sides of the building to maximize the use of the building facade. A total of 1256 silver-gray photovoltaic curtain wall components of 9 sizes and specifications were installed, with an installed capacity of 282.79 kW and an annual power generation of 215,200 degrees, equivalent to an annual emission reduction of 178.18 tons of carbon dioxide.

4. Introduction of Nanjing Zero Carbon Power Supply Station Project

: This project is planned to be a typical case of building a zero-carbon power supply station with roof photovoltaic, which is compatible with the overall style of the building, white and black tone, simple and generous. A total of 360 100 W black 1528 * 432 mm flat photovoltaic tile modules are installed, with an installed capacity of 36kW and an annual power generation of 46000 degrees, which is equivalent to an annual emission reduction of 38 tons of carbon dioxide.

5. Shanghai Pufa Thermoelectric Energy Project

Project Description: The mosaic design style is integrated with green and low carbon. The color matching is crimson + aluminum plate color. It is retro and fashionable. The photovoltaic curtain wall components are arranged at intervals to achieve visual effects. A total of 280 235 W 1790 * 1080 mm photovoltaic curtain wall modules are installed, with an installed capacity of 65.8kW and an annual power generation of 64,400 degrees, which is equivalent to an annual emission reduction of 53.3 tons of carbon dioxide.

VI: Shandong Quanwei New Energy Project

Project Description: In this project, 61 pieces of 100 W black and 11 pieces of 71 W scarlet 1528 * 432 * 37 mm flat photovoltaic tile modules are installed on the building facade; the installed capacity is 6.87 kW.

VII. Xuancheng Furniture City Project

Description: The project is to carry out photovoltaic roof renovation in Xuancheng Furniture City Community. A total of 1180 100 W black 1528 * 432 * 37 mm flat photovoltaic tile modules are installed. The installed capacity is 118kW, and the annual power generation is about 12.2 degrees. It is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 97 tons per year.
