Recently, Shanghai Cement Industry Association and Shanghai Concrete Industry Association jointly issued the Notice on Strengthening the Record Management of Shanghai Cement Transit Enterprises. It said that the bulk cement transit enterprises supplying concrete enterprises and construction projects in Shanghai should handle the Record Certificate in time.
