In order to implement the spirit of "Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province on Promoting the Withdrawal of Backward and Low-end and Low-efficiency Production Capacity" (No.17 of Yunzheng Office) and "Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 edition)", accelerate the transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of traditional manufacturing industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Government of Yunnan Province has adopted the following measures: According to the requirements of the Notice on the Investigation of "Restricted" Production Technology and Equipment in Key Industrial Industries (No.2024 93 of Yungongxin Industry), the Kunming Municipal People's Government organized counties (cities) and districts to adjust their industrial structures in accordance with the Catalogue of Guidance for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 edition), focusing on iron and steel, building materials, petrochemical industry and non-ferrous metals. A thorough investigation was conducted on the "restricted" production process equipment in Kunming.
Among them, there are three cement enterprises in the cement industry, namely, Yiliang County Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd., Kunming Hongli Cement Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Construction Yunling Cement Co., Ltd. At a time when the
industry is facing severe challenges, it is of immeasurable strategic significance and practical utility to actively promote the upgrading of large-scale production equipment and actively promote the energy-saving technological innovation and environmental protection upgrading and transformation of the cement industry, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of cement enterprises and realize the grand blueprint of sustainable development of the industry.
To this end, China Cement Network will hold the 11th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference-Equipment Renewal Forum in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on June 13-14 . This forum will gather government leaders, industry technical specialist, scientific research institutions, universities, cement enterprises and equipment suppliers to discuss and analyze the practical path of equipment renewal and green upgrading in the cement industry, so as to promote the industry to move towards a more energy-efficient, greener and environmentally friendly future.
