On May 13, Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued an announcement on the production capacity of 6800 tons of cement clinker per day (demolition/relocation) project of Jiangxi Yudu Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd.
Recently, The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province, in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on Serious Capacity Replacement and Strict Prohibition of New Capacity in the Cement Flat Glass Industry (No.57, 2018), Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Iron and Steel Cement Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.2021) and Notice of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province on the Issuance of Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province (Gan Gong Xin Gui Zi No.2024). The production capacity of Jiangxi Yudu Nanfang Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 6800 tons of cement clinker has been publicized, and there is no objection to the publicity, which is now announced. The
announcement shows that
two production lines of Jiangxi Yudu Nanfang Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd. will be dismantled, and a 6800t/d new dry process clinker cement production line (one Ф5.36 × 72m kiln) and supporting waste heat power generation technical renovation project will be built in Jinpen Village, Hefeng Town, Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The planned ignition and production time is April 30, 2026. The two production lines to be
dismantled are a 2000 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line (one Ф4 × 60m rotary kiln) and a 4800 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line (one Ф4.8 × 72m rotary kiln). The shutdown/dismantling exit time is before the trial production ignition of the new production line. At a time when the
industry is facing severe challenges, it is of immeasurable strategic significance and practical utility to actively promote the upgrading of large-scale production equipment and actively promote the energy-saving technological innovation and environmental protection upgrading and transformation of the cement industry, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of cement enterprises and realize the grand blueprint of sustainable development of the industry.
