1. Resolutely implement the task
of peak staggering 1. In the first quarter of 2025, the task of peak staggering and kiln shutdown days for each clinker production line shall be carried out according to 60 days. Among them, the number of off-peak shutdown days in January was 17 days, the number of off-peak shutdown days in February was 28 days, and the number of off-peak shutdown days in March was 15 days. 3. The statistics of the completion results of the off-peak production task shall be carried out monthly and quarterly. The overfulfilled task of the current month can be used to offset the plan of the next month, and the delayed plan of the current month must be made up in the next month. Carry out one-time liquidation of the off-peak production of the quarter every quarter, and the completion of the off-peak production task can span months but not seasons.
2. Effectively strengthen peak staggering management

2. Fine management. The industry self-discipline peak staggering production supervision group and the liaison officers of each peak staggering production enterprise shall timely inform the reporting, updating and implementation of the peak staggering production plan. The industry self-discipline implementation working group should always pay attention to the implementation of peak-staggering production in various regions, carry out communication and coordination work, encourage more stops and early stops, and require that the arrears be compensated. 3. Strict supervision.
