2025, the 2024 Top 100 List of China's Cement Clinker Production Capacity was released. According to
the list, as of December 31, 2024, the 179328 of clinker production capacity in China in 2024 was 5800 tons, and 14.632 million tons were put into production annually.
The two figures showed a decline compared with 2023. According to the list of China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2023, the national clinker production capacity in 2023 was 180282 7600 tons, and the annual new production was 23.529 million tons.
In 2024, the national clinker production capacity decreased by 9.5418 million tons, and the annual new production decreased by 8.897 million tons.
According to the statistics of China Cement Network, the national clinker production capacity has been decreasing year by year in the past five years. In terms of new production, it declined year by year from 2020 to 2022, rebounded briefly in 2023, and declined again in 2024.
