According to the "List of Cement Clinker Production Lines in Guizhou Province in 2022" issued by Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on October 19, 2023, Miaoling Building Material Branch of Guizhou Crystal Organic Chemical Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. has a new dry rotary kiln cement production line with a daily output of 2500 tons of clinker, which was completed and put into operation in 2011. Located in Hongfenghu Town, Qingzhen City, the cement kiln has a diameter of φ4m * 60m and a design capacity of 2500 tons/day.

According to the National Industrial Product Production License issued by Guizhou Market Supervision and Administration, Miaoling Building Material Branch of Guizhou Crystal Organic Chemical Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. obtained the production license numbered XK08-001- 00042 on September 16, 2021, which is valid until November 7, 2026. The registered product is general cement 52.5 silica-hydrochloric acid cement clinker.
