Deeply implement the "three products" action of consumer goods, and build a phalanx of famous consumer products in China at different levels. We will study and formulate a plan to establish a mechanism to maintain a reasonable proportion of investment in manufacturing industry, and intensify efforts to promote the implementation of large-scale equipment renewal and support policies for replacing old consumer goods with new ones. We will further promote industrial and financial cooperation and give full play to the role of industrial investment funds and national platforms for industrial and financial cooperation. Second, we will further implement high-quality development actions in key manufacturing industrial chains. The five is to foster and strengthen new industries and future industries. We will implement actions to foster new industries and create new momentum, and promote large-scale application and demonstration of new technologies, new products and new scenarios in manufacturing. Promote the development of intelligent network automobile and expand the application scale of Beidou. Build low-altitude information infrastructure according to local conditions. We will carry out the task of industrial innovation in the future, and formulate and promulgate policies for innovation and development in the fields of bio-manufacturing, quantum industry, embodied intelligence and atomic-level manufacturing. Promote the development of new formats and new models such as service-oriented manufacturing, and improve the level of industrial design.
