2011, Conch Group signed a memorandum of cooperation on cement projects with the Ministry of Industry of Indonesia and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Province in Jakarta, intending to invest in the construction of cement plants in South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan provinces of Indonesia, thus landing the Conch Project in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Conch's internationalization strategy was formally implemented.
Up to now, conch has been distributed in five countries and regions, including Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Uzbekistan.
Since the first overseas clinker production line was put into operation in 2014 , Conch Cement has put 11 clinker production lines into operation overseas in the past ten years, with a total clinker production capacity of 16.5 million tons per year . An overseas clinker production line is under construction, with a clinker production capacity of 1.8 million tons/year. It is expected that the clinker production line will be put into operation in 2025. In addition, the overseas cement production capacity of Conch Cement will be 22.95 million tons/year by 2023.

From the current production of clinker in five overseas countries, Conch Cement has three clinker production lines in Uzbekistan with a capacity of 5.4 million tons per year, four clinker production lines in Indonesia with a capacity of 4.8 million tons per year , two lines in Myanmar with a capacity of 3.6 million tons per year, and one clinker production line in Cambodia and Laos. The production capacity is 1.8 million tons per year and 900,000 tons per year respectively.
In addition, Conch has a clinker production line under construction in Cambodia, with an annual capacity of 1.8 million tons of clinker, which is located in Hongsongnong Town, Aola County, Cambodia. When it is put into operation, Conch's clinker production capacity in Cambodia will be equivalent to that in Myanmar.
