In recent years, Zixing City, Hunan Province, focusing on promoting transformation and development, promoting the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and ecological construction, has accelerated the construction of Jinlei Southern Cement Green Building Material Industrial Park project, and has made every effort to build a modern building material industrial base integrating greening, intellectualization and scenic spots. At present, the main construction of the project has been basically completed, and the whole project has entered the installation stage of a large number of host equipment.
On January 15, at the project site of Jinlei Southern Cement Green Building Material Industrial Park in Zixing City, workers were working intensively, and all kinds of construction vehicles were shuttling back and forth, presenting a hot construction scene.
It is reported that the project is located in Xinghong Village and Renli Village of Dongjiang Street, with a planned land area of about 3000 mu. A new 4900t/d clinker new dry process cement production line will be built, with a designed clinker production capacity of 1.55 million tons per year and a cement production capacity of 2.4 million tons per year. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual output value will exceed 1 billion yuan, which will become an innovative demonstration enterprise for sustainable development of traditional basic industrial manufacturing industry in Chenzhou, and will promote the rapid development of Zixing logistics industry and the comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources in surrounding enterprises. , Jinlei Relocation Project is a key project in Chenzhou and Zixing. After previous efforts, 80% of the overall progress of the project has been completed. Now is the most critical period of the project. All the main equipment has entered the factory and is now in the process of intensive installation. It is expected that the installation will be completed in April this year. The whole line of the project will be commissioned in May. It is expected to be put into production on June 18, 2024.
