Recently, the announcement of peak staggering production in Yunnan cement industry in the first quarter of 2024 was issued.
Peak-shifting production covers
all cement clinker production lines in the province. Cement clinker production lines for co-processing of hazardous waste and urban garbage will not be exempted from peak shifting in the first quarter.
The off-peak production time
shall not be less than 60 days in the first quarter. Kiln shutdown time
in January: 16 days from January 16 to January 31. Kiln shutdown time
in February: 29 days from February 1 to February 29. Kiln shutdown time
in March: 15 days from March 17 to March 31.
Considering the storage capacity of some enterprises, the requirement of continuous shutdown of kilns on March 1 is not required, and enterprises with conditions are encouraged to put the peak staggering plan in March ahead and produce 60 days of peak staggering at one time.
Peak-shifting replacement rules
(I) Different kiln lines in the same factory shall be replaced by 1:1 capacity approved by the Office of Industry and Information Technology.
(2) Encourage the docking and replacement
of large and small kilns 1. The same group (enterprise) in the province is in the same state. The calculation method for the replacement of different factories within the (city) is as follows:
the number of days of peak-shifting replacement = (the approved capacity for the replacement kiln line/2 * the number of days that can be replaced)/the approved capacity
of the receiving replacement kiln line 2. Not the same group within the province (Enterprise) The replacement calculation method is as follows:
peak staggering replacement days = actual clinker purchase quantity for the replacement kiln line/ (approved production capacity of the receiving replacement kiln line * 1.3)
3. After the peak staggering production of each kiln line reaches the base number of 60 days, the surplus kiln shutdown days can be used for peak staggering replacement. Namely: replaceable days = total shutdown days in the first quarter-60 days.
(III) Only one of the above methods can be selected for the replacement of the same kiln line, and the selection cannot be repeated. Cement industry
