announcement, the people's governments of Hohhot City, Baotou City, Tongliao City, Chifeng City, Wulanchabu City, Ordos City and Bayannaoer City, and the administrative offices of Xilingol League and Alxa League have completed the ninth rectification task of the second round of central ecological environment protection supervision, and have passed the acceptance test.

Rectification task: Tongliao City: 1 unapproved construction project is involved (Naiman Banner Hongji Cement Co., Ltd.'s Daily output of 4000 tons of cement clinker and 4.5MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project).

Completion status: Tongliao City: one unapproved project (Naiman Banner Hongji Cement Co., Ltd.'s Daily output of 4,000 tons of cement clinker and 4.5MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project) has been approved by the Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission for energy conservation on April 6, 2022. The implementation of the project energy conservation review system will be included in the scope of energy conservation supervision, and the project energy conservation supervision will be completed in September 2022.

According to the forecast of the meteorological and hydrological department, the natural inflow of Xijiang and Beijiang rivers in the Pearl River Basin this winter and next spring is 10 to 30% less than that in normal years. Xijiang River is the core route for the export of gravel, cement, machine-made sand, stone powder and other materials from Guangxi to Guangdong. Taking the core Changzhou Lock on the Xijiang River as an example, in 2023, there were 61889 ships passing through the lock, and the cargo volume passing through the lock was 6800 tons 14203, with a year-on-year increase of 2.05% and 13.71% respectively.
