The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hainan Province organized the competent departments of industry and information technology of relevant cities and counties to jointly carry out the national industrial energy conservation supervision for 38 industrial enterprises in Hainan Province in 2023. Among them, Changjiang Conch Cement found that the equipment was eliminated within a time limit.

According to the work arrangement of the Notice on the Supervision of National Industrial Energy Conservation in 2023, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hainan Province organized the competent departments of industry and information technology of relevant cities and counties to carry out the supervision of national industrial energy conservation in 2023 for 38 industrial enterprises in Hainan Province.
