On December 25, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce jointly issued a circular on the Guidelines for the Implementation of Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises. The digital transformation of
manufacturing industry is a process of upgrading and value remodeling of the whole process of R & D and production of manufacturing industry and all links of industrial chain and supply chain by using digital technology, which is the key path of high-quality development of manufacturing industry. Manufacturing enterprises are the main body of digital transformation of manufacturing industry. In order to implement the Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry, provide guidance for digital transformation of enterprises, systematically improve the level of enterprise transformation, promote the deep integration of real economy and digital economy, and accelerate new industrialization, this guide is specially formulated.
Promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is a systematic project, which should take the actual development of enterprises as the starting point, solve the painful and difficult problems of enterprises as the goal, improve the total factor productivity as the guidance, and take the scene digitalization as the breakthrough point, taking into account the maturity of technology, economic feasibility and the sustainability of business model, so as to achieve the goal.
