The Guide to Opening Environmental Protection Facilities in Building Materials Industry to the Public is organized and formulated by the Publicity and Education Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment; the main drafting units are Beijing Eco-environmental Protection Publicity Center and Beijing BBMG Liushui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
