Recently, the Shandong Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the capacity replacement of cement grinding projects of three companies, such as Lunan Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. Heze Jinshan Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will carry out technical transformation of the mill; Feixian Yizhou Cement Co., Ltd. will supplement the production capacity of the cement mill. The
replacement scheme table shows that the replacement ratio of new projects is 2:1, and the replacement ratio of technical transformation and supplementary projects is 1:1.
