Grade B cement enterprises include Lvliang Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. Taoyuan Cement Co., Ltd. of Zhongyang County and Ruichang Cement Co., Ltd. of Shanxi Changgang are leading enterprises.

Recently, Shanxi Department of Ecology and Environment released the list of the second batch of A-level, B-level and leading enterprises in 2023. Among them, A-level cement enterprises include Yuci Cement Co., Ltd. of Zhihai Enterprise Group, Shanxi Yamei Construction Materials Co., Ltd. and Huarun Cement (Changzhi) Co., Ltd; Class B cement enterprises include Lvliang Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd.; Zhongyang County Taoyuan Cement Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Changgang Ruichang Cement Co., Ltd. are leading enterprises.
