Closely around the layout of transportation development in the whole region and the overall situation of economic and social development in Xing'an League, focusing on the reconstruction of high-speed, first-class highway and trunk road network, the smooth flow of Gacha Village and the hardening of streets and lanes, as well as the construction of transport stations, we will further accelerate the pace of transportation infrastructure construction, adhere to the principle of laying equal stress on construction and maintenance, road transportation, and adhere to standardization. We will vigorously improve the level of comprehensive and coordinated development of the industry, strive to build a satisfactory transportation for the masses, and provide a good transportation guarantee for promoting regional economic and social development.
In 2014, the League arranged for the reconstruction of 1500 kilometers of new highways, and planned to complete the investment of 5.3 billion yuan in fixed assets. The quality of transportation infrastructure construction can be controlled throughout the whole process, and the acceptance rate of highway construction projects is 100%. The qualified rate of maintenance engineering quality reaches 100%, and the excellent rate reaches more than 90%. The highway transport economy has maintained steady and rapid growth, and the public service capacity of transportation has been effectively improved. The comprehensive excellent road rate of highway has been steadily improved, and the over-limit transportation rate has been steadily reduced. The situation of safe production has been further improved, and the satisfaction of administrative law enforcement and social service has reached more than 90%.
