Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition) for more than one month, it has greatly promoted the standardization of capacity management of existing cement clinker production lines. In explaining why the implementation measures for capacity replacement were revised, the new implementation measures said that through strict capacity identification, improvement of new project standards, simplification of cross-provincial flow procedures and other corresponding adjustments, the industrial layout adjustment and green low-carbon transformation were promoted, and the cement and glass industry was promoted to achieve high-quality development. If the design capacity of the transferred-out capacity project is 2000 t/d in 2021, the actual capacity is 1500 t/d according to the cement clinker capacity conversion table. If the actual capacity is less than registered or approved capacity, the replacement capacity of the supplementary capacity project shall be 1000 t/d according to the principle of determining the actual capacity and the specified replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
