At present, the price of concrete continues to decline, and most enterprises in most regions are in the break-even line. Aggregate production capacity has been seriously excessive, most enterprises are unsalable and limited production, concrete and aggregate industries are facing many challenges. With the expansion of the "two new" policies, 300 billion yuan of national debt funds have been issued in full, and relevant supporting rules and supporting policies have been issued one after another. The "two new" work has been continuously carried out, and the project construction and fund allocation have been accelerated, which has also brought new opportunities to the concrete and aggregate industries.
