On December 19, the participants of the "2024 Meeting of Leaders of Large Enterprises of China's Ready-Mixed Concrete in Four Provinces and Cities in East China (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui)" visited Zhejiang Bicheng New Materials Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Bicheng New Materials") to experience its digital and intelligent construction style at close range.
Orange New Materials actively implements the upgrading of industrial digitalization, and comprehensively opens up the transformation and upgrading from "product manufacturing" to "product creation" and "product intelligent manufacturing". Using industry 4.0 Internet of Things information system, the production efficiency of enterprises can be improved in an all-round way. Through the mode of combining production, teaching and research, we will integrate innovative technologies in the upper, middle and lower reaches, give full play to the advantages of resource synergy, and strive to build a comprehensive park of innovative materials. Since
2019, Orange New Materials has cooperated with Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Industry and Commerce, Zhejiang University of Technology and other institutions of higher learning to seek effective technical ways to utilize new materials. After many demonstrations and tests, it has mastered a number of environmental protection proprietary technologies, which play a scientific and technological support and guarantee in the production process. Orange New Material has reached a strategic partnership with Fujian Southern Road Machinery Co., Ltd. and has two advanced HLS-270 (4.5 square meters) floor cement mixing equipment and one GLBR-4000 all-environmental protection integrated asphalt mixing equipment, with an annual output of more than 1.5 million cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete. The annual output of asphalt mixture can reach more than 300000 tons. During the
visit, the participants highly appreciated and recognized the technical achievements and products of Green Orange New Materials.
