In the first quarter, all the new dry process cement clinker production lines in the province implemented 70 + N days of peak shifting production and kiln shutdown.
Each regional branch can increase more accurate and scientific peak staggering time according to the regional market and the inventory situation of each enterprise. It is necessary to ensure that the time of peak staggering and kiln shutdown in January is not less than 21 days, and the planned time of kiln opening is controlled between January 1 and 10, so as to achieve accurate peak staggering, rigid kiln shutdown and monthly settlement. The number of off-peak shutdown days in March will be notified separately according to market conditions.
