replacement plan shows that the replacement supplementary capacity of Guizhou Jiangge Cement is 1333t/d, the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1, and the transferred capacity of 2000t/d comes from Hongye Cement Co., Ltd. of Daozhen Gelao and Miao Autonomous County.
