Fujian Cement elects new chairman

Recently, Fujian Cement announced the election of Mr. Wang Zhenxing as the chairman of the tenth board of directors of the company. According to

the information, Mr. Wang Zhenxing, born in 1978, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds an in-service postgraduate degree, a bachelor's degree in engineering, a senior engineer in science and technology management, a senior economist, and has the qualification of enterprise legal adviser. He is currently the secretary of the Party Committee, the secretary of the board of directors, the deputy general manager and the chairman of the trade union of Fujian Cement. He has successively served as computer technician of Fujian Cement Jianfu Cement Plant, computer technician, computer engineer and network management officer of Fujian Cement Technology Department, Technology Center and Office. Deputy Manager of Human Resources Department, Deputy Manager of Enterprise Management Department (in charge of work) and Deputy Manager of Human Resources Department, Manager of Enterprise Management Department, Manager of Intelligence and Information Department, Manager of Human Resources Department and Assistant to General Manager of Fujian Cement.

On November 27, Fujian Cement announced that Mr. Wang Jinxing resigned as chairman and director of the company and held positions in relevant special committees of the board of directors due to job changes. Mr. Huang Mingyao shall temporarily perform the duties of the chairman of the board of directors, including convening and presiding over relevant meetings, until the new chairman of the board of directors is elected.
