On January 5, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the list of green manufacturing in 2023, and Songzi Company, Jiayu Company and Shimen Company, which belong to China Gezhouba Cement Company, were awarded the honorary title of "National Green Factory".
"National Green Factory" is an advanced typical green manufacturing enterprise created by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to accelerate the construction of green manufacturing system. The selected enterprises are screened layer by layer, representing the direction of green development of the industry.

In recent years, China Gezhouba Cement Company has vigorously implemented energy-saving and carbon-reducing transformation and upgrading, accelerated denitrification transformation, increased comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste resources, and promoted the use of alternative fuels. Promote the landing of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in production lines, improve the efficiency of waste heat power generation, explore the mode of energy structure conversion, increase the proportion of clean energy use, achieve the coordinated development of energy saving, pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and achieve tangible results in the establishment of green factories.
Up to now, four units of the company have been awarded "National Green Factory".
