Asia Cement Enters Top 100 List of Global Cement Production Capacity

Recently, the Cement Big Data Research Institute of China Cement Network released the TOP100 list of global cement production capacity (2024) based on the global perspective. This list is ranked according to the cement production capacity scale of cement enterprises at the end of 2023. Asia Cement entered the list with 40.7 million tons of cement production capacity, ranking 22nd. In

2023, the total demand of the global cement market continued to shrink, but the production capacity of the industry giants continued to expand, with the total production capacity of the top 100 cement enterprises in the world reaching 4.13 billion tons. Among them, there are 42 Chinese cement enterprises on the list, accounting for more than 50% of the total production capacity; the cement production capacity of Indian enterprises has increased rapidly, with the total production capacity of 15 enterprises on the list approaching 500 million tons, accounting for 12%.
