Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued the Announcement on Publishing the List of "Staggered Peak Replacement" Enterprises in Xinjiang Cement Industry from 2024 to 2025 . In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Further Improving the Normalized Peak-Staggered Production of Cement (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianyuan [2020] 201), The Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region, the Department of Ecological Environment of the Autonomous Region, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps and the Bureau of Ecological Environment of the Corps jointly issued the Notice on Issuing the Cement Peak-Staggered Production Plan from 2024 to 2025 (Xin Gong Xin Building Materials [2024] No.7, hereinafter referred to as the Notice). In accordance with the requirements of the Notice, Xinjiang Building Materials Industry Association organizes carbide slag cement clinker production enterprises in Wuchang Shitu area to communicate and coordinate with non-carbide slag cement clinker production enterprises to carry out "peak staggering replacement" of cement. The list of enterprises is now announced and the public is welcome to supervise.
