On April 23, the Hunan Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of cement clinker and flat glass production lines in Hunan Province from April 23, 2024 to April 29, 2024 (5 working days).
The list shows that there are 63 clinker production lines in Hunan Province, and the actual annual clinker production capacity is 76.31146 million tons (310 days, the same below).
In terms of production lines, 14 prefecture-level cities/prefectures in Hunan Province have clinker production lines, with the largest number of production lines in Changde City (8) and Chenzhou City (8), and the largest actual annual clinker production capacity in Yongzhou City is 10.17823 million tons. Five production lines
have been announced to be purchased, namely, the 5000t/ d production line of Sinoma Xiangtan Cement Co., Ltd. (Announced to be purchased in January 2021); 2500t/ d production line of Hunan Leiyang Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd . (Announced in November 2020); Two 2500t/ d production lines of Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement Co., Ltd. (both of which have been announced in December 2019); The 2500t/d production line of Hunan Suxian Southern Cement Co., Ltd . (Announced in January 2021). Two
new production lines have been put into operation, namely, the 4000t/d production line of Hunan Liyi Municipal Solid Waste Green Recycling Industry Co., Ltd., which is expected to be put into operation in May 2024; The 5000t/d production line of Hunan Liangtian Cement Co., Ltd. has been put into operation in October 2023.
In addition, two 2500t/d production lines of Taiwan Cement (Huaihua) Cement Co., Ltd. have been upgraded in May 2021.
It is noteworthy that Hunan Province, once a major province of JT kilns, has not seen the figure of JT kilns in this list, which indicates that Hunan Province has completed the zero transformation of JT kilns. Details of
