Taini Gongliang Building is a modern building with intelligent office, good things in the world, Michelin cuisine and multi-ecology. It has become one of the bright landmark buildings along the Qiantang River. The most special sleeve shape of the building is equipped with BIP photovoltaic glass. The annual power generation is 172.6M Wh, which is estimated to save 2.47% of the total energy consumption. Annual reduction of 535 tons of CO CO emissions, fully practicing the low-carbon transformation of Taiwan Cement Group.

of Gongliang Building fully practices the three development axes of Taiwan Cement Corporation's positive layout on five continents in recent years: low-carbon building materials, resource recycling and green energy. The building uses low-carbon cement produced by Taiwan Cement Jiangsu Jurong Plant with washed fly ash as an alternative raw material, and is equipped with BIP photovoltaic glass in the most special sleeve shape of the building. The annual power generation is 172.6M Wh, which is estimated to save 2.47% of the total energy consumption and reduce 535 tons of CO CO emissions annually. Gongliang Building also uses EnergyArk 6.18 MWh, a fireproof and fire-extinguishing cement energy storage cabinet exclusively developed by Taiwan Cement, with 824 KWh energy storage light charging and storage system, and a total of 54 low-carbon fast charging facilities. In the first phase, energy storage will give priority to the charging pile system, bringing benefits from the difference between peak and valley electricity prices; in the second phase, energy storage will be used to help the building regulate electricity consumption.
