On December 9, Huaibei Bureau of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on Capacity Adjustment and Replacement Scheme of Cement Clinker Project of Huaibei Zhongcheng Cement Co., Ltd. According to
the announcement, Huaibei Xiangshan Cement Co., Ltd. has withdrawn from cement clinker production due to the construction needs of Huai-Su-Bengbu Intercity Railway. It is proposed to adjust the capacity of 2000t/d cement clinker production line to 4500t/d and 5000t/d cement clinker production lines of Huaibei Zhongcheng Cement Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The replacement plan shows that the project of Huaibei Zhongcheng Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 5000 tons of cement clinker is supplemented with 750t/d, and the production capacity of the production line is adjusted to 5750t/d; 1250t/d is supplemented for the project of cement clinker with a daily output of 4500 tons, the production capacity of the production line is adjusted to 5750t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1:1.
The transferred production capacity is the 2000t/d cement clinker line of Huaibei Xiangshan Cement Co., Ltd., which will be dismantled after the disposal of state-owned assets.
