Recently, Yunnan Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology organized Kunming and Yuxi Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Yunnan Cement Association and some key enterprises to hold a special research conference on peak staggering production in the cement industry.
At the meeting, Yunnan Cement Association made an analysis of the operation of the cement industry in central Yunnan from January to July, pointed out the existing problems and difficulties in the industry, and put forward suggestions for improving the current situation of the industry. Kunming, Yuxi Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the responsible persons of enterprises have conducted in-depth exchanges on further strengthening industry management and strictly implementing peak staggering production.
The meeting emphasized: First, in the face of the severe situation of serious shortage of market demand, serious overcapacity, fierce competition in the industry, low-price dumping and continuous expansion of losses in the cement industry, all departments should improve their political standing, strengthen their responsibilities, firmly establish new development concepts, and guide enterprises to improve their ideological understanding. Strict normalization requirements of cement peak staggering production, promote green, low-carbon and high-quality development of cement industry, and achieve the goal of steady growth of cement industry. Second, in strict accordance with the requirements of standardization and standardization of relevant laws and regulations, we should do a good job in safety production of enterprises. Thirdly, we should strengthen industry self-discipline, give full play to the role of associations, encourage provincial cement associations to organize and formulate rules and regulations, guide and urge enterprises to enhance their sense of responsibility, give full play to the role of bridge ties and coordination services of associations, establish bilateral or trilateral communication and coordination mechanisms between associations, government departments and enterprises, and timely feedback. If necessary, interviews should be conducted to ensure that the peak staggering work in the cement industry is in place for the units that do not implement the peak staggering production well, the enterprises that do not implement the rules and regulations, and the enterprises that do not keep their promises.
