On December 5, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Yunnan Province issued the Announcement on the Proposed Review of Environmental Impact Assessment Documents for Construction Projects on December 5, 2024. The publicized projects are Yunnan Jianfeng Dazhan Cement Co., Ltd.'s 4,000t/d clinker construction project and Maitreya Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd.'s 4,628t/d new dry process cement clinker production line (with 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation) project.
Project Name: Yunnan Jianfeng Dazhan Cement Co., Ltd. 4000t/d Clinker Construction Project
Project Overview:
The project plans to build a new dry process cement production line with a scale of 4000t/d clinker, with a double-series six-stage high-efficiency low-pressure loss cyclone preheater and TDF calciner at the kiln tail. A 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system will be built.
The project mainly includes main works, supporting works, storage and transportation works, auxiliary works, public works, environmental protection works and office and living areas. The main works include raw material storage and crushing, pulverized coal preparation, limestone pre-homogenization, raw material homogenization, raw material grinding, clinker burning, clinker storage, cement grinding, cement blending, cement storage, cement packaging and bulk systems. The production scale of cement clinker of the proposed project is 4,000 t/d (1,240,000 t/a), and the production scale of cement products is 1,602,000 t/a. There are two types of cement products: P.O42.5 cement (accounting for 70%, with an annual output of about 1,122,000 t) and P.C42.5 cement (accounting for 30%, with an annual output of about 480,000 t).
The cement is delivered in the form of bulk and bagged cement, with bagged cement accounting for 30% and bulk cement accounting for 70%. The
production capacity of the project comes from Shanxi Chuandong Cement Co., Ltd., Tangshan Hongye Cement Co., Ltd. and Xilinhot Zhonglian Jinhe Cement Co., Ltd., and the replacement ratio is 1: 1.27. Capacity replacement indicators have been confirmed and publicized by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the province where the replacement enterprises are located, and the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province has announced the "Capacity Replacement Plan" of the project.
Project name: Maitreya Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. 4628t/d new dry process cement clinker production line (with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation)
Project overview:
The proposed project adopts the new dry process pre-decomposition production process. Construct a 4628t/d clinker new dry process cement production line + 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat generating unit, including main works, auxiliary works, storage and transportation facilities, utilities and environmental protection works, of which the main works include limestone crushing, auxiliary raw material crushing, gypsum and admixture crushing, raw material batching station, raw material grinding, firing system and pulverized coal preparation system. Cement batching station, cement grinding, cement packing, etc. The cement clinker production scale of
the proposed project is 1.43468 million tons of clinker per year; The annual output of cement is 1.88 million tons, including 10% of PO52.5 ordinary Portland cement (188,000 t/a), 60% of PO42.5 ordinary Portland cement (1.128 million t/a) and 30% of PC42.5 composite Portland cement (564,000 t/a). The annual power generation is 4,219 × 104kWh and the annual power supply is 3,924 × 104kWh. The production capacity of the project comes from Honghe Tianbao Cement Co., Ltd., Mile Hewan Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Hongta Dianxi Cement Co., Ltd., and the replacement ratio is 1: 1.25. Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has announced the "Maitreya Red Lion Cement Co., Ltd. 4628 tons per day clinker construction project capacity replacement plan".
