Through unremitting efforts, Luoyang Zhonglian has made new breakthroughs in exploring the use of high calorific value solid hazardous waste and biomass alternative fuels. Firstly, the calorific value of the current solid hazardous waste and biomass alternative fuel is increased by about 600 kilocalories on average, and the burnout time of the solid hazardous waste and biomass alternative fuel is reasonably adjusted to ensure the clinker quality and continuous and stable operation. And secondly, by adjust that position of the kiln tail coal pipe and finding a prop opening, the decomposition rate of the kiln is improved to more than 95%, and the utilization rate of the tail coal is greatly improved. Thirdly, by adjusting the air consumption of the kiln, controlling the air leakage of the system and optimizing the operation of the grate cooler, the temperature of the tertiary air is increased by about 40 degrees, which further helps the combustion of solid hazardous waste and biomass alternative fuels. After a series of adjustment measures, the pulverized coal consumption of the calciner is reduced by 3 t/H, and the maximum physical coal consumption can be saved by 13. 6 kg/t. A large number of data show that the use of 3 tons of biomass fuel per hour can reduce 1 ton of raw coal consumption, reduce 2. 25 tons of CO2 emissions, and is expected to reduce 2370 tons of CO2 emissions per year.
