On April 15, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the "List of Cement Clinker Production Lines in Shandong Province in 2023".
The list shows that as of December 31, 2023, there are 88 cement clinker production lines in Shandong Province, with a total clinker production capacity of over 100 million tons (calculated by 310 days a year, the same below).
Specifically, 77 clinker production lines are in production, involving 90 million 474 thousand tons of clinker production capacity. The production lines are mainly distributed in Zaozhuang, Zibo and Yantai. Among them, Zaozhuang City ranked first in terms of clinker production capacity, with a total clinker production capacity of 19.003 million tons.
Five production lines are in a state of shutdown, involving 2.385 million tons of clinker production capacity. They are the cement production line of Yantai Baiyanghe Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 3000 clinker and the special cement clinker production line of Yantai Ocean Cement Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 290,000 tons. Shandong Huitai Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 80000 tons of phosphogypsum acid co-production cement production line, and Donga Shanshui Dongchang Cement Co., Ltd. has a daily output of 2500 new dry cement clinker production line. In addition, the production line of special cement kiln with a daily output of 1000 tons of Zibo Lvyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. was temporarily suspended and relocated according to the requirements of the government due to the construction of Zhanlin Expressway.
Six production lines are under construction , involving 7.75 million tons of clinker production capacity, mainly distributed in Zaozhuang City, Jining City and Rizhao City. Among them, four 4000t/d production lines in Zaozhuang City are planned to be put into operation between 2024 and 2025;
Among them, four production lines have completed capacity replacement and are in the proposed state, involving 5.27 million tons of clinker production capacity. They are: 4000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line and waste heat power generation project of Shandong Lianhe Wangqi Cement Co., Ltd., 4000t/d clinker energy-saving low-carbon intelligent manufacturing production line of Zaozhuang Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd., 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Qufu Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd., 5000t/d cement clinker production line of Juxian Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd.
