Recently, Changxing Base of Tianshan Material Training Center successfully held the practical training of Russian Cement Group Factory sponsored by China Building Material Equipment Group. Twenty production management personnel and technical backbones of five cement plants under
Russian Cement Group, through on-the-spot study, investigation and exchange in Tianshan Material Cement Plant, have a comprehensive understanding of the achievements and technical applications of Tianshan Material in cement research and development, equipment, technology, digital intelligence, green and low-carbon fields.
Changxing Base invited eight excellent lecturers from Southern Cement , which belongs to Tianshan Material, to introduce the production management and practical experience of Southern Cement from the aspects of lean management, production and operation, quality control and safety assurance. Through participating in lectures, observing the scene and practicing operation, the trainees have a thorough understanding of the latest technology and development trend of China's cement industry. During the training, Chinese and Russian technicians had in-depth exchanges and discussions, shared their experiences and experiences in the cement production process, and discussed the prospects and challenges for the development of the industry.
