In order to further promote the high-quality development of green building materials industry in Hubei Province, recently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department of Hubei Province, the Provincial Economic and Information Department, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other departments jointly issued the Implementation Plan for the High-quality Development of Green Building Materials Industry in Hubei Province.
Among them, the key contents related to the cement industry are as follows:
promoting the transformation and upgrading of cement production lines for energy saving and carbon reduction, carrying out extensive upgrading of coolers and improving the separation efficiency of preheaters. Promote the application of new technologies and equipment such as roller press raw material grinding, large proportion utilization of alternative fuels, carbon capture and carbon storage.
Optimize the structure of energy consumption, increase the proportion of renewable energy such as solar energy and wind energy, improve the level of terminal energy electrification, and encourage the application of alternative energy such as hydrogen energy, biomass fuel and refuse derived fuel in cement and other industrial kilns.
Cultivate and introduce leading enterprises with strong comprehensiveness. China Construction Third Bureau, Baoye Group, Guangsheng Group, Huaxin Cement , Gezhouba Cement , Changli Glass, Jingmen Hongnuo, Hubei yuangu, Shenzhou Building Materials and other leading enterprises are encouraged to implement mergers and reorganizations to integrate the key core resources of the industrial chain. Building materials enterprises should be
guided to play the role of "urban environmental purifier", improve the ability to absorb industrial waste in cement, ready-mixed concrete, wall materials and other products, and gradually expand and broaden the varieties of solid waste that can be absorbed.
Promote the upgrading of building materials products, accelerate the development of low-carbon and products of basic raw materials such as cement and flat glass, and the development of composite and assembly of building materials such as wall materials and thermal insulation materials.
In urban renewal and renovation of existing buildings, green building materials such as low-carbon cement, high-performance concrete, phosphogypsum building materials, recycled aggregates and new low-carbon cementitious materials should be promoted and applied.
We will implement a differentiated electricity price policy that is conducive to the green and low-carbon development of the building materials industry, and further improve the normal peak staggering production of cement.
