On November 29, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Transport and the National Health Commission jointly issued the National Hazardous Waste List (2025 edition). The National List of Hazardous Wastes (2025 Edition) has been deliberated and adopted by the 5th Ministerial Meeting of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in 2024 on November 8, 2024, and approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Transport and the National Health Commission, and is hereby promulgated for implementation as of January 1, 2025.
