Sanming Daily reported on August 6 that in recent days, at the construction site of the 5000 tons per day cement clinker production line renovation project of Moucheng Cement Development Co., Ltd., workers are installing large bag filters, coal mills, clinker conveyors, kiln castables and other equipment.
The project has completed an investment of nearly 240 million yuan, and it is planned to complete the transformation within this year. After the transformation, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of cement clinker in the enterprise will reach the benchmark level, and it is estimated that the annual energy saving will be more than 18600 tons of standard coal.
It is known that the project is an upgrading and transformation project with a total investment of about 828 million yuan, located in Caoyuan Town, Yongan City, and two original 2500t/d rotary kiln cement production lines have been eliminated. A 5,000t/d cement clinker production line will be upgraded and reconstructed with a total land area of about 108 mu, which will be constructed in three phases. The new cement production line will adopt a new dry pre-decomposition production process, which can achieve ultra-low emission of air pollutants. After completion and commissioning, the annual output of cement will reach 2 million tons.
In addition, according to recent local media reports in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, the total investment of 1.44 billion yuan in Chifeng Shanshui yuanhang Cement Project, which produces 4500 tons of cement clinker per day, has so far completed an investment of 1 billion yuan. It is expected to be completed and commissioned in October 2024, with an annual output value of 800 million yuan, a profit and tax of 200 million yuan, and employment of more than 1000 people.
According to the tracking of China Cement Network Cement Big Data Research Institute, 10 clinker lines with a capacity of nearly 15 million tons are planned to be put into operation in the second half of this year.
