2、 On May 30, 2023, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted a spot check on the "Jingliu" ordinary Portland cement (P · 042.5) produced by Quanshun Branch of Tangshan Aocheng Cement Co., Ltd. sold by Beijing Xinrunlai Building Material Store. The results were magnesium oxide, loss on ignition, The chloride ion project does not conform to the standard of GB 175-2007 General Portland Cement;
3、 On May 29, 2023, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted a spot check on the "Aocheng (graphics)" ordinary Portland cement (P.042.550 kg/bag) produced by Quanshun Branch of Tangshan Aocheng Cement Co., Ltd. sold by Beijing Shengjingjia Decoration Material Sales Department. The inspection results showed that the items of magnesium oxide, loss on ignition and chloride ion: compressive strength (28 days) did not meet the standard of GB175-2007 General Portland Cement;
accordingly, on December 12, 2023, with the approval of the leadership of the Bureau, the Bureau investigated the party concerned, and the facts of the case have been basically clarified. In the
Administrative Penalty Decision, the "Aocheng (graphics)" ordinary Portland cement (P · 042.550 kg/bag), "Jingliu" slag Portland cement (P · S · A32.550 kg/bag), "Jingliu" ordinary Portland cement (P · 042.5) was punished if it did not meet the standard.
Sales status:
1. The "Aocheng (Graphic)" ordinary Portland cement (P · 042.5) produced on April 23, 2023 is 50 tons in total, and the cost price is 185.5 yuan/ton . Among them, 30 tons were purchased by Huo Mou, the selling price was 200 yuan/ton, the value of goods was 6000 yuan, and the illegal income was 435 yuan. The remaining 20 tons were purchased by Beijing Shengjingjia Decoration Material Sales Department at a price of 280 yuan/ton and a value of 5600 yuan. Due to the unqualified sampling inspection, Beijing Shengjingjia Decoration Material Sales Department returned 10 tons of unsold ordinary Portland cement (P · 042.5) to the party concerned on June 14, 2023. On June 15, 2023, the party concerned returned 2800 yuan of the above-mentioned 10 tons of ordinary Portland cement (P.042.5) to Beijing Shengjingjia Decoration Material Sales Department, so the illegal income was 945 yuan. The total value of the goods was yuan 17550, with a total profit of 1968 yuan and an illegal income of 1968 yuan. The

Among them, 96.75 tons were purchased by Huo Mou-mou, the selling price was 170 yuan/ton, the value of goods was 0.5 yuan 16447, and the illegal income was 783.675 yuan. The remaining 6.25 tons were purchased by Beijing Xinrunlai Building Material Store at a selling price of 240 yuan/ton, with a value of 1500 yuan and an illegal income of 488.125 yuan. The total value of the goods was. 5 yuan 17947, with a total profit of 1271.8 yuan and illegal income of 1271.8 yuan. The total value of the above-mentioned cement
involved in the case is RMB. 5 47097, and the total illegal income is RMB 4,619.8. Quanshun Branch
of Tangshan Aocheng Cement Co., Ltd. has violated the provisions of Article 26 (2) (1) of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China. According to the provisions of Article 49 of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the cement involved in the case has been sold and used, and can not be recovered and confiscated. Now the party concerned is ordered to stop producing and selling substandard products, impose a fine of 94195 yuan, confiscate illegal income of 4619.8 yuan, totaling 98814.8 yuan. Quanshun Branch
of Tangshan Aocheng Cement Co., Ltd. did not make a statement, defend or request a hearing after receiving the Notice of Administrative Penalty from the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Fengrun District, Tangshan City. Quanshun Branch
of Tangshan Aocheng Cement Co., Ltd. shall pay the fine within 15 days from the date of receipt of the written decision. If the fine is overdue, an additional fine of 3% of the amount of the fine shall be imposed on a daily basis in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, and an application shall be made to the People's Court for compulsory execution according to law. If they refuse to accept the decision on punishment, they may apply to the People's Government of Fengrun District of Tangshan City for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of receipt of the decision, or they may bring an administrative lawsuit to the People's Court of Fengrun District of Tangshan City within six months according to law. During the period of applying for administrative reconsideration or instituting administrative litigation, the execution of administrative penalties shall not be suspended.
