the announcement: Xintianshan Cement Co., Ltd. has completed the removal of Φ2.6 × 9m tandem mill; the cement grinding production line of Zhucheng Cement Co., Ltd. has been removed from the restricted list.

According to the Request of Chifeng Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on Application for Field Acceptance of Eliminated Ball Mill and Re-verification of Cement Grinding Capacity of Xintianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. (CGXF [2024] No.134), Arhorchin Banner Xintianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Xintianshan Cement Company") originally has a Φ3.5 × 13m cement mill and a Ф2.6 × 9m ball mill in series, which belongs to obsolete equipment. On October 8, 2023, it was moved out of the list of restricted cement grinding production lines in the autonomous region, with an approved annual capacity of 620,000 tons. In November
2024, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region organized experts to conduct on-site review and acceptance. The expert group conducted on-site verification and consulted relevant information and documents. The procedures for project filing, energy assessment, environmental assessment, safety assessment and production license were complete, and the purchase and sale contracts, invoices and on-site nameplates of industrial and mineral products provided were consistent. Xintianshan Cement Co., Ltd. has completed the removal of Φ2.6 × 9m tandem mill. Before the mill, adjust the matching Φ3.6 × 4.5m ball crushing mill to form a combined grinding system of ball crushing mill and ball mill. The power of the main motor remains unchanged and the configuration is 800 kw. The annual cement production capacity of Xintianshan Cement Company remains unchanged at 620,000 tons/year.
According to the Guiding Catalogue of Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 edition) (No.29 Order of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China), the removal of Φ2.6 × 9m series mill has been completed, and the photos before, during and after the removal are attached. The demolition and adjustment of obsolete equipment in the cement grinding production line of Xintianshan Cement Company are now publicized. The publicity period is 5 working days from the date of publicity. According to the Report of Ordos Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on Transmitting to Zhungeer Banner Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on Confirming the Appraisal Result of Cement Grinding Production Capacity of Zhungeer Banner Zhucheng Cement Co., Ltd. Zhungeer Zhucheng Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Zhucheng Cement Co., Ltd.) originally has a Φ3.2 × 13m cement mill with a main motor power of 1600KW, and is equipped with a double-roller crusher unit with a main motor power of 2 × 90kw. In the list of restricted cement grinding production lines announced by the Office of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region, the approved annual production capacity is 440000 tons.
Zhucheng Cement Company removed the old double-roll crusher system and added a CLF150-100 roller press pre-grinding system. The main motor power configuration is 2 × 710 kw, and the supporting auxiliary equipment has been built. It has been put into operation on May 10, 2024. The sales contract (roller press), invoice, technical text and site nameplate provided are consistent. In November 2024, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region organized a team of experts to conduct on-site capacity review, and determined that the annual capacity of cement was 700,000 tons in accordance with the Standard for Capacity Verification of Cement Enterprises (T/CCAS007-2019) issued by China Cement Association.
