国家标准化管理委员会于2018年7月10日起发布GB 175-2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》国家标准第3号修改单。具体情况见下文。
修改单中表示：
１在GB175-—2007的第2号修改单的基础上，6.4条更改为：“6.4复合硅酸盐水泥的强度等级分为42.5、42.5R、52.5、52.5R四个等级。”
２表3更改为新表：
不同品种不同强度等级的通用硅酸盐水泥，其不同龄期的强度应复合表3的规定
此外，国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会批准的2项国家标准修改单中显示，国家标准编号为GB175-2007的通用硅酸盐水泥（第3号修改单）正式实施日期为2019年10月1日。
