Due to the impact of high temperature and off-season in Chongqing, construction activities decreased, market demand and sales continued to decline, and some enterprises were under pressure from high inventory, which lowered cement prices. Cement clinker production lines in Yunnan have staggered peak production and reduced supply, and some regions have notified an increase in cement prices. The price of cement in Bijie Prefecture of Guizhou Province has been raised recently, but the demand is low and the shipment volume is reduced. Whether the price increase can be implemented remains to be seen.
