Among them, Li Xinhua was removed from the post of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Director of China Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. and no longer served as General Manager of China Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. and retired.
It is reported that on October 25, China Building Materials Co., Ltd. announced that Li Xinhua resigned as a non-executive director and member of the Strategic Decision-making Committee of the company due to retirement, effective from October 25, 2024.
