Baoshan Kungang Jiahua Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd. won the mining right of the mine with 53 million yuan. It is understood that the reserves of the mine are 33.256 million tons.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Land Management Law, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Land Management Law, the Regulations on Land Reclamation, the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Land Reclamation and the Regulations on the Protection of Mine Geo logical Environment, the obligations of land reclamation, mine geological environmental protection and restoration shall be fulfilled in accordance with the law. Do a good job in mine geological environment protection and land reclamation. If the acceptance of mine geological environment protection and land reclamation is not qualified, or the ecological environment is seriously damaged by mining, the natural resources department shall have the right to close the mine and inform the relevant departments to investigate the legal liabilit y according to law.
